Registration

Please note that the registration deadline is August 20.

Please use this form (PDF version) to register for the workshop and hotel accommodation.
The form should be returned by fax (+61 8 8302 3988) or email before August 20.

The registration fee is AUD 786 and covers the following (for 1 person):

• Accommodation at the resort from Sunday, September 21, to Wednesday, September 24 (3 days), including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea;
• Printed proceedings and conference material;
• The social event and workshop dinner.

Should you wish to extend your stay at the resort, require accommodation and/or social event tickets for accompanying persons, or have other special requests, please contact us by email or fax (+61 8 8302 3988). Please note that registering for the conference but staying at a different hotel is not possible since the contract with the resort requires us to ensure a minimum number of bookings.

If you cannot pay by credit card, please contact us and we will provide alternative means of payment.

Please indicate on the form whether you will require transportation from Sydney Airport to the conference venue on Sunday, September 21.

Please note that rooms in the resort are guaranteed to be available only after 2pm on Sunday, September 11. On Wednesday, rooms must be vacated before 11am.
